Kitchen update
Drawer modernization.
Kitchen: modernizing while keeping the old
This kitchen had custom made cabinets which needed modernizing but were hand made pieces worth keeping. An up to date kitchen with is own unique look. Continue reading Kitchen: modernizing while keeping the old
Herringbone floor
Using maple and Brazilian cherry (jatoba) this herringbone pattern floor, surrounded by a border gives a unique look to this kitchen floor. This picture shows the quality of the finish carpentry, it does not show the 2 days of preparation that went into getting the location of the corners and the border. The finished wood is Brazilian cherry. Additionally the handrails were made from solid Brazilian cherry, shaped in our shop, and new newel posts and balusters were installed.Continue reading Stair case renovated

A new division of Casa Buena Builders is taking shape.
