A project that gave us a lot of satisfaction this 2023 was the design and construction of a recreational house next to a swimming pool in a beautiful house of our town.
Using materials such as exposed brick and fine woods as cedar and mahogany. Green lumber structure locally milded and harvested. For the foundations and structure we have used high strength milled wood. This poolhouse has a kitchenette, bathroom and a very large storage space in the attic. It was built and finished in coordination with different contractors.
Using fine woods suitable for exterior use, this is a construction project that has given a great enhancement to the yard of this beautiful house. Completed in August with our excellent team, it is one of the most beautiful works of this year.
