Recently, Casa Buena Builders was awarded the contract for the house at 153 Ontario St. in Providence, RI by the Providence Revolving Fund. The huge renovation project will be done in three phases.
The job consists of full exterior and interior historical renovation. Some of the renovations include historical restoration of exterior and interior wood work, raising the front entry porch, partially demolishing the front sun porch to restore the original appearance, and installing a new period accurate fence around the property.
The project is projected to last 8-9 months. Below are some pictures.
