This kitchen renovation featured an installation of a copper sink, stone work behind the stove and general interior carpentry renovations: built in cabinets and woodwork around the window. The cabinets were purchased used at an antique/salvage store and were made to fit by cutting and rebuilding.

This bathroom, completed recently, features a glass enclosed custom tiled shower, a free standing tub, double sink vanity, Brazilian cherry hardwood floor.

Matthew, my youngest son, a very talented artist, installing tile borders. Patience and attention to detail make for the best product. The second picture is him a few years ago on one of his first tile jobs.

Notice the marble floor in bathroom completed recently. Marble is a soft stone, has a “softer” feel than ceramic, and has the varied colors of natural stone. However, marble also is less resistant to impact (think dropped items) and over time will have “love marks”. Some people don’t like that…
